  • Areas of Research:Aesthetics, Phenomenology, French Philosophy (20th Century), Maurice Merleau-Ponty, and also the study on the history of Chinese Painting, particularly, the study on the painters of T'ang dynasty.
Bio

NING Xiaomeng,BA in Philosophy (PKU, 2001), MA in Philosophy (PKU, 2004) and Doctor in Philosophy(CUHK,2008),currently associate professor in Department of Philosophy, as well as research fellow in Research Center for Aesthetics and Aesthetic Education, Peking University.
